Section 66
<br> to disclose the value of the property or the property
When filing a complaint, the property claimed or the claim to be waived must be clearly disclosed in terms of cash value or value of such property.
(2) Except in the case mentioned in sub-section (1), if someone only claims that he has not done what should be done or has done something that should not have been done, such claim should also be clearly disclosed in the complaint.
(3) If a decision has to be made on the filing of a complaint in accordance with sub-section (2), the court shall, before making such a decision, require the person filing the complaint to file a court fee in accordance with such price or damage.
